About the role
- Design and realignment of overall recruiting and employer branding strategy
- Development of internal recruiting teams and organizational structures
- Recruitment process consulting and implementation of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Contract negotiation on behalf of the client with external providers for job advertising, systems, recruitment agencies, and more
- Management of our internal sourcing team to fill key positions for your clients
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting; in-house or agency
- Fluent German and English
- Strong intercultural communication skills
- Open-mindedness and the ability to inspire and engage others
