About the role

  • Partner with UK business leaders to shape people plans supporting organisational objectives.
  • Coach and influence managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and capability development.
  • Localise and implement global people initiatives in the UK.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Provide proactive guidance to managers on employee relations, absence management, and wellbeing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and advise on policy and practice.
  • Deliver annual reward processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles) in collaboration with global Reward teams.
  • Advise managers and employees on reward policies, benefits, and recognition frameworks; monitor reward competitiveness.
  • Embed performance management processes and support succession planning and capability-building with Talent & OD colleagues.
  • Partner with leaders on organisational design, restructures, and change programmes; provide HR support during transformation.
  • Align workforce planning with business goals and global operating models; collaborate with Finance and Operations.
  • Produce and interpret people dashboards; use data to influence leadership and inform proactive HR actions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting restructuring and DEI initiatives.
  • Report to Head of People UK & APAC; hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days homebased) with flexibility to travel to UK offices.

Requirements

  • Strong HR generalist background with proven experience in HR partnering roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, reward, and organisational change.
  • Skilled in using HR data and analytics to create insights, tell a story, and guide business decisions.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance operational HR delivery with strategic input.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, or international organisations.
  • Business Acumen
  • Experience of ISO27001 Audits
  • Knowledge of Immigration legislation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Iris Cascade, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
  • Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR / Organisational Development (preferred).
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent senior HR qualification) strong
