About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day coordination across all project workstreams
Support the Project Manager in overall project execution
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings
Track progress against milestones and support donor reporting
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
Support engagement with global, regional, and country-level stakeholders
Coordinate implementation of communities of practice (CoPs)
Support the development, organization, and dissemination of knowledge products
Assist with formatting, editing, and quality control of project deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of relevant professional experience; experience in global health, nonprofit, international development, vaccines, immunization programs, or multi-country/global projects preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as global health, public health, international development, communications, or a related discipline
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Interest in global health and advancing immunization and vaccine-related initiatives
