Supply Chain

• Develop the Europe Region category procurement strategies and subsequently manage the sourcing & contracting process for road, rail and intermodal logistic services in line with operations, supply chain and business requirements on service level, reliability and quality at optimal TCO.
• Assess business requirements, conduct competitive tenders, evaluate offers, award and negotiate contracts through efficient and effective category and contract management practices.
• Lead contract negotiations and placement of contracts with value creation in mind for Supply Chain needs and manage assigned category contracts.
• Benchmark rates and ensure all routes and rates are current and meet business requirements; ensure new lanes are quoted and contracted in a timely manner.

Category Manager, Supply Chain Procurement – Europe Intermodal Transportation

Analyst

• Oversee the electrical maintenance program, including PM/PdM schedules, critical spare sourcing, inspections, panel labeling, and documentation updates.
• Serve as the in-house expert for drive configurations, variable frequency drives (VFDs), AC/DC drives, and control systems.
• Serve as the subject-matter-expert on the root-cause analysis on electrical equipment failures, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
