About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and maintain department performance
Ensure timely delivery of technical support services
Coordinate technical support services related to power distribution network
Ensure compliance to authorization of electrical personnel
Prepare, review and approve procedure/work instruction
Coordinate resolution of reported electrical system problems
Direct study of collected data for any abnormality
Coordinate with external agencies for major maintenance or repair work
Lead reliability and integrity efforts
Produce timely reliability & other required reports
Assist department in preparation of annual maintenance budget
Ensure on-job-training of fresh technicians and engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
5 Years of experience
Knowledge of applicable electrical procedures and work instruction
Understanding of environmental aspects, environmental regulations and legal requirements
Knowledge of environmental aspects & impacts - their identifications, monitoring & control
Good understanding of concepts of reliability and integrity
Conversant with relevant engineering standards
Effective communication and presentation skills
Supervisory and man management skills
