About the role
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business and technical requirements into powerful product deliverables.
- Turn requirements into technical specifications and carry out impact analysis of proposed solutions.
- Implement specifications and develop innovative new features.
- Manage version control with Git – updating tools, merging code, and maintaining development streams.
- Conduct product testing before handing over to QA.
- Showcase your work in product demos and contribute to user documentation.
- Work independently or as part of a team, always encouraged to share insights and solutions in a collaborative space.
Requirements
- An IT qualification or 3+ years’ experience in a similar software development role.
- Solid experience with:
- o C#
- o .Net Core 3.1
- o Restful APIs
- o Source Control (Git)
- o Entity Framework Core
- Bonus skills (nice-to-have):
- o Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- o Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- o Distributed Computing (Microservices)
- o Knowledge/experience in insurance, insurtech, financial services, or fintech
