About the role
- Support the use and administration of the NextStage CRM platform.
- Assist with building, tracking, and maintaining GovCon sales pipelines.
- Conduct PWIN (Probability of Win) calculations and assessments.
- Provide support in capture and business development efforts, including opportunity tracking and follow-up.
- Research and identify new GovCon opportunities using platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and agency forecasts.
- Ensure data integrity and timeliness of updates within the CRM.
- Collaborate with capture managers and proposal teams to align pipeline with strategic priorities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support executive-level decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting GovCon business development and capture efforts.
- Strong understanding of the government contracting lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably NextStage (or ability to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with PWIN methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
