- Mastering our Event Engine: Successfully plan and execute industry conferences, including logistics, booth coordination, and lead capture.
- Webinar Excellence: Continue a quarterly cadence for customer and lead-generation webinars, managing everything from technical setup to speaker briefing.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership: Take full ownership of incoming lead measures through content marketing, success stories, and email nurturing.
- Event & Conference Management: Lead end-to-end planning of conferences, from pre-event outreach to on-site coordination and post-event ROI reporting.
- Webinar Production: Identify compelling success stories and moderate live sessions to engage prospects and existing customers.
- Digital Presence & Content: Maintain the website with fresh content and client logos while supervising a marketing student on social media execution.
- AI Automation: Actively use AI agents and tools (n8n, etc.) to automate repetitive marketing tasks and outbound sequences.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Sales (SDRs/AEs) and central teams (SEO, Design) to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in driving lead generation and managing end-to-end marketing funnels within a B2B SaaS environment. You know how to turn content, events, and webinars into measurable MQLs.

Antigravity) to improve research, communication, and execution speed. Understand basic web technology concepts (APIs, MCPs, web hooks) and collaborate with technical stakeholders. Use automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to reduce manual workload.
- Ownership & Leadership: You thrive as a "department of one." You are comfortable managing your own roadmap, prioritizing high-impact tasks, and providing direction to a Marketing Student.
- The Marketer’s Tech Stack: Strong familiarity with CRM systems, outbound automation tools (ideally Lemlist), and hosting professional webinar platforms.
- Language Skills: Full professional English is required; professional proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
