About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters
  • Analyze historical and predictive program performance
  • Monitor contract/program Estimate at Complete and make recommendations to program teams
  • Mentor program teams and Program Performance Management staff in program management tools and processes
  • Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedule data into program data
  • Perform advanced analysis of EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership
  • Reconcile program data with contract modifications
  • Interface with IPT leads and program managers across geographic locations
  • Demonstrate EVMS compliance through audits
  • Support other programs during critical time frames
  • Coordinate accurate and timely program deliverables
  • Lead development and integration of detailed IMP and IMS, including cost and schedule data
  • Apply schedule health and quality checks, resource loading, critical path analysis, and risk analysis
  • Integrate major project and program schedules and resolve network logic conflicts
  • Create and analyze program milestone charts
  • Create and manage WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals
  • Mentor and train employees in planning and scheduling best practices
  • Lead process automation and innovation efforts
  • Design tests for new EVMS and/or schedule tools, analyze results, and make recommendations
  • Lead incorporation and redesign of EVMS and schedule tools
  • Train analysts in EVMS and schedule tools
  • Develop solutions for complex business requirements
  • Lead process changes to improve program performance management efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment
  • MS Project

  • IMP/IMS Development and Maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
