About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze end-user needs, market and industry trends, profitability, and technological developments to identify new business opportunities
- Own and manage the Support Solutions portfolio across its full product lifecycle
- Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps from opportunity through phase-out
- Specify, develop, and continuously improve support services and products
- Collaborate closely with market, support operations, systems, and engineering teams
- Monitor international trends and work with specialists in training, logistics, and material management
- Ensure support offerings remain competitive, relevant, aligned with customer needs, and value-generating throughout the lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, product development, business administration, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working with support and aftermarket offerings
- Defense-sector experience considered an advantage
- Understanding of aftermarket business and lifecycle management, preferably in a technical or industrial context
- Ability to drive product portfolio development
- Strong personal integrity and good financial understanding
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Comfortable developing product roadmaps
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized, able to prioritize effectively, and confident making decisions
- Must pass security vetting under current security-protection regulations
- Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
