Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading large technology organizations through change and development
- Strong technical understanding
- Documented experience building organizations, capabilities, and long-term change capacity in complex operations
- Experience leading through other leaders
- Ability to operate at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy
- Strategic perspective combined with strong execution ability
- Ability to create direction, engagement, and results in organizations with many dependencies and stakeholders
- Experience leading major change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to build strong management teams and develop organizations
- Strong communication skills and ability to create alignment around long-term goals
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across different operations and technology areas
- Clear business perspective and understanding of how technology translates into customer value and competitiveness
- Experience with advanced software, AI, autonomous systems, or other technology-intensive environments
- Must undergo and pass applicable security-protection requirements
