About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for engineering excellence that aligns with company objectives and operational goals
- Identify and drive improvements in engineering processes, workflows, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and quality
- Serve as an independent strategic advisor and partner to engineering leadership across divisions, ensuring consistent and efficient engineering processes
- Lead initiatives for technical training programs, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Division Engineering Leadership, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Product teams, to support various independent program reviews and governance
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices across all levels of the organization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on process improvement, operational excellence, or engineering management
- Proven track record in driving large-scale engineering process transformations and scaling best practices across multiple teams
- Strong knowledge of engineering tools, system development lifecycles, and technical training methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
