About the role

  • Lead the Business Unit's workforce and site expansion strategy
  • Plan and deliver a five-year journey to increase headcount and open new sites for the C5ISR business
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and Finance to define multi-year workforce plans aligned with strategy
  • Identify and evaluate new site opportunities balancing customer proximity, talent access, and cost
  • Coordinate setup of new locations including facilities, IT, compliance and recruitment support
  • Consolidate and drive tracking of headcount growth, hiring pipeline, and site capacity utilisation in collaboration with HR
  • Work with DUs and Core Development to forecast skill and role demand by year and domain
  • Act as the Business Unit's point of contact for Group or corporate expansion initiatives
  • Develop business cases and proposals for expansion projects
  • Support onboarding and integration of new teams/sites into Business Unit processes and culture

Requirements

  • Background in workforce planning, operations, or corporate expansion projects
  • Strong project management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination experience
  • Ability to work with data to forecast demand and track progress
  • Proven ability to introduce and embed modern workforce growth practices (talent acquisition strategies, onboarding approaches, digital recruitment tools and analytics)
  • Comfortable navigating corporate processes for approvals and funding
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Experience in defence and engineering is considered a strong asset
  • Position requires passing security vetting; additional citizenship obligations may apply
