Key responsibilities & impact

Design system architecture and technical solutions.
Engineer complete secure software systems in cloud environments.
Develop applications and services.
Utilize AI tools and techniques to accelerate development, improve code quality, and build intelligent features
Automate deployment and operations (CI/CD, scripts, pipelines).
Build, deploy, monitor and improve systems continuously.
Troubleshoot incidents, problems and optimize reliability.
Solve problems independently or as a team.

What you’ll need

Strong system design & architecture skills (distributed systems, APIs, data flows)
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and “cloud-native tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Git, Helm)
Experience with data engineering or machine learning systems
Experience with data modeling and databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and observability tools
Ability to debug complex systems and evaluate trade-offs
Strong problem framing and decomposition skills
