Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Strategy & Business Support team
- Define and drive the business strategy

- Drive business support activities, including bids and cost calculations
- Responsible for Sales & Operations Planning
- Responsible for Strategic Workforce Planning
- Budget and cost responsibility
- Ensure effective processes, governance, and follow-up
- Contribute to a culture of transparency, engagement, and continuous learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in driving strategy work
- Leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility
- Solid understanding of technology and product development
