About the role
- Develop, implement and maintain processes, methods and tools for personnel security
- Lead a team of Security Generalists and Specialists
- Cooperate closely within the Naval Security Management Team and work with other relevant functions
- Liaise and collaborate extensively internally and externally
- Represent Naval Security in various forums at Saab
Requirements
- Several years of experience from working for government, understanding the security protection act or in a global company including an understanding of security related issues in the business process
- Documented leadership/management experience as line manager or similar
- Experience from and ability to build bridges and maintain networks and good relations within as well as outside your own organization
- High degree of integrity and personal qualities that are trustworthy
