Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement and maintain processes, methods and tools for personnel security
Lead a team of Security Generalists and Specialists
Cooperate closely within the Naval Security Management Team and work with other relevant functions
Liaise and collaborate extensively internally and externally
Represent Naval Security in various forums at Saab

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience from working for government, understanding the security protection act or in a global company including an understanding of security related issues in the business process
Documented leadership/management experience as line manager or similar
Experience from and ability to build bridges and maintain networks and good relations within as well as outside your own organization
High degree of integrity and personal qualities that are trustworthy
