About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a 4-person service delivery team across 2 dispersed sites
Maintain and develop personnel competence through training, Individual Performance Management, career development
Report operational status to the TSM in accordance with the quality procedures
Identify and resolve issues early
Develop a strong relationship with the NZDF stakeholders
Maintain operational availability of all equipment in accordance with the agreed contract

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good understanding of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
Experience of working in a military training environment
Good understanding of NZDF doctrine, organizational structure and training procedures
Strong technical competence
Financial & budgetary experience
Full Class 1 NZ drivers licence required
Class 2/4 (heavy trade) license would be advantageous
Fluency in English
Readiness to travel nationally without restriction
