About the role
- Act as the central technical hub for a naval Combat-System program
- Define the technical scope and modular architecture
- Drive CS integration across the whole ship platform
- Lead the Technical Authority team for CS system
- Manage technical risk and change
- Control documentation and quality
- Promote reuse and efficiency
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer
- Proven experience in system-of-systems integration
- Strong systems-engineering mindset
- Ability to read block diagrams and see hidden dependencies
- Fluency in English
- Ability to build relationships in team and client-facing contexts
