About the role
- Independently analyze tender documents and identify relevant requirements
- Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, high-quality bids across all domains
- Close collaboration and coordination with company-wide interfaces and specialist departments
- Develop bid strategies in coordination with the Senior Business Intelligence Manager
- Support technical queries in close coordination with the responsible technical domains
- Coordinate contractual matters with the Legal department
- Maintain and manage sales-relevant data to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Support bid and contract negotiations and document the outcomes
- Follow up on bids, including implementing optimizations and corrections to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in bid management, ideally in an international environment
- Experience working with VSVgV, pricing law and the GWB
- Familiarity with the processes and challenges of the security and defense industry, as well as knowledge of the market environment, is an advantage
- Independent, structured and careful working style and the ability to organize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel
