About the role

  • Independently analyze tender documents and identify relevant requirements
  • Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, high-quality bids across all domains
  • Close collaboration and coordination with company-wide interfaces and specialist departments
  • Develop bid strategies in coordination with the Senior Business Intelligence Manager
  • Support technical queries in close coordination with the responsible technical domains
  • Coordinate contractual matters with the Legal department
  • Maintain and manage sales-relevant data to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • Support bid and contract negotiations and document the outcomes
  • Follow up on bids, including implementing optimizations and corrections to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in bid management, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience working with VSVgV, pricing law and the GWB
  • Familiarity with the processes and challenges of the security and defense industry, as well as knowledge of the market environment, is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and careful working style and the ability to organize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel
