About the role

  • Plan, manage and execute the delivery of logistic engineering activities and work packages
  • Perform the Logistic Engineering Work Package Manager role on individual projects
  • Lead the development of LSA and logistic engineering activities including RAM modelling and analysis, FMECA, RCM, LORA, MTA
  • Provide SME input to estimates for Logistic Engineering activities for future projects
  • Mentor and guide team members in the approach to logistic engineering activities
  • Collaborate with the LCC analysis team to maintain regular data sharing between the teams

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant industry experience
  • Extensive ILS, logistic engineering, or supportability engineering technical experience
  • Experience in Defence industry and its logistics practices and standards
  • Experience in the application of relevant military and commercial logistics standards
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, good problem solving skills and self-motivation
  • Experience in preparing ILS inputs to estimates and tenders
  • Understanding of System Engineering principles
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level or have the ability to gain one
