About the role
- Maintain a high-level overview of the organization’s portfolio
- Balance delivery commitments with future growth opportunities
- Monitor active contracts and key milestones across the portfolio
- Track delivery phases, capacity demand, and potential risks or bottlenecks
- Maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline and develop scenario analyses
- Support bid/no-bid discussions with fact-based insights
- Identify potential shortages or overcommitment risks
- Prepare decision material for senior management
- Help develop and improve planning models
Requirements
- Experience in environments with multiple projects running in parallel
- PMO or portfolio analysis background
- Project coordination in multi-project environments
- Resource or capacity planning skills
- Operations or business planning experience
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Ability to work with uncertain or incomplete information
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with planning tools, spreadsheets, and forecasting models
