About the role
- Maintain and develop the global job architecture framework, including job evaluations, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices through consistent market benchmarking
- Co-lead the yearly cycle process of the Annual salary review and include handling HR systems for process support
- Deliver data and support for Gender equal pay analysis, pay transparency etc.
- Prepare material for Remuneration Committee and Board meetings as well as for the Annual Report, Remuneration Report and Annual General Meeting
- Drive development initiatives in areas such as benefits, incentive programs, pension schemes, flexible working and vendor management
- Administration and development of our Long-Term Incentive programs and other compensation related plans
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal governance standards.
- Continuously enhance compensation processes, tools, and systems and stay updated with evolving compensation trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably within Law, or HR, Business, Engineering or similar
- A minimum of 4 years of Compensation and Benefits related experience and/or 4 years of Global Mobility or HR analytics experience
- Experience of working with problem solving and complex processes, and comfortable in working with numbers and conceptualization, a consultancy background is meriting.
- Experience with job architecture and job evaluation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, AON, WTW) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and data management tools
