About the role
- Manage the team of project managers responsible for executing contracts and base projects
- Ensure profitability, cash flow, delivery precision, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Develop ways of working within the Project office Giraffe xA including contracts, base development, and serial production
Requirements
- Leadership experience with focus on business and customer understanding
- Good financial understanding and experience from project management and/or product management
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Ability to create a collaborative culture with transparency, frequent feedback, respect and trust
- Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations
