About the role
- Drive the system work and coordinate collaboration with the stakeholders.
- Adapt Saab’s processes and lifecycle model, including reviews and decision points
- Manage system requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability to verification and validation.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers.
- Ensure that reviews of the system-of-interest are performed according to plans and requirements.
- Contributing to the improvement of systems engineering practices and standards.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in engineering
- At least 5 years working experience from systems engineering in industry
- Systems engineering-experience from working in all phases of the product's life cycle
- Confidence in self-management
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
- Experience in engineering fields like Hardware Development, Embedded Development, System Integration & Verification, Radio Frequency or Radar.
- Interest and experience of for example INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 or similar.
- Experience of MBSE.
- This position requires that you pass a security vetting
