About the role
- Lead a team of Security Generalists and Specialists
- Develop, implement and maintain processes, methods and tools for personnel and travel security
- Represent Surveillance Security in forums at Saab
- Collaborate closely within the Surveillance Security Management Team
Requirements
- Previous experience in leadership, preferably as a line manager
- University degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience
- Extensive knowledge of HR, personnel security, insider prevention, or travel security
- Knowledge of the Protective Security Act and data privacy regulations is desirable
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
