About the role

  • Support managing Accounts Payable financial transactions for US1, CA, USSW entities
  • Ensure accuracy in financial records, and maintain compliance with accounting standards
  • Support internal audits and oversee reconciliations
  • Invoicing clients as required
  • Record benefits, and contributions related to payroll in Dynamics
  • Record and file supplier invoices in Dynamics
  • Receive and file supplier invoices
  • Contractors invoices entry into D365
  • Create suppliers and file supporting documents (W9) in Dynamics
  • Record all credit card transactions in D365
  • Reconcile credit card
  • Invoice ReQlogic clients
  • Record the invoices issued in QuickBooks in Dynamics
  • Register the revenue in D365 of the invoices created in QuickBooks
  • Record in Dynamics the payment of invoices generated in QuickBooks
  • Send out customer statements (more than 90 days)
  • Issue ICO Free Text Invoices in D365
  • Post ICO Free Text Invoices received
  • Maintain and monitor the AP inbox to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare documents for the annual audit requested by the US Financial Controller
  • Record tax offset entry during Month End Closing Activities

Requirements

  • Career in Accounting
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the area of Accounting
  • High proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and tools (e.g., Helisa, Dynamics, Loggro, SAP)
  • Communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail, Teamwork, High integrity, Independent, Result-oriented and Organized
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Desired)
  • Experience in the consulting sector (Desired)
  • Experience in an international environment (Desired)
