About the role
- Deliver all projects on time, within scope and budget, meeting required quality standards
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and objectives with stakeholders
- Plan resources and delegate tasks based on strengths, skill sets, and availability
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes
- Track and assess project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Analyse completion of short- and long-term goals across multiple projects
- Ensure financial accountability and adjust project plans based on financial analysis
- Regularly meet with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, escalations, and ongoing communication
- Ensure adherence to internal governance standards and project delivery frameworks
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery planning where needed
- Manage key performance indicators, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and build strong client relationships
- Take on additional reasonable duties as required by leadership
Requirements
- Strong experience in managing full Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a focus on Finance & Operations
- Proven delivery experience across the full project lifecycle, ideally in multi-geography engagements
- Experience implementing complex legal tech solutions and understanding of law firm operations or legal practice management systems
- Solid understanding of Managed Services processes and client needs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and adapting to changing project needs
- Creative problem-solver able to deliver innovative solutions
- Proven ability to manage a diverse range of customers with complex environments and needs
- Must be based in the UK and work UK business hours (9am-5:30pm UK time) with occasional outside hours required
