About the role

  • Deliver all projects on time, within scope and budget, meeting required quality standards
  • Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and objectives with stakeholders
  • Plan resources and delegate tasks based on strengths, skill sets, and availability
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes
  • Track and assess project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Analyse completion of short- and long-term goals across multiple projects
  • Ensure financial accountability and adjust project plans based on financial analysis
  • Regularly meet with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, escalations, and ongoing communication
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance standards and project delivery frameworks
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery planning where needed
  • Manage key performance indicators, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and build strong client relationships
  • Take on additional reasonable duties as required by leadership

Requirements

  • Strong experience in managing full Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a focus on Finance & Operations
  • Proven delivery experience across the full project lifecycle, ideally in multi-geography engagements
  • Experience implementing complex legal tech solutions and understanding of law firm operations or legal practice management systems
  • Solid understanding of Managed Services processes and client needs
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and adapting to changing project needs
  • Creative problem-solver able to deliver innovative solutions
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse range of customers with complex environments and needs
  • Must be based in the UK and work UK business hours (9am-5:30pm UK time) with occasional outside hours required
