About the role

  • Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Define solutions, assess business challenges and develop roadmaps aligned with business best practices.
  • Present engaging technical demonstrations which are tailored towards customer requirements and showcase sa.global product capability.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical guidelines, managing scope changes and mitigating risk.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills internally and externally, supporting sales teams and client engagements.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including demos, RFP/RFI responses, prototype development, and client-specific solution design.
  • Responsibility for developing solution proposals, cost models, and effort estimations for projects.
  • Ensuring projects are scoped accurately and providing input for customer account plans and roadmaps.
  • Building strong relationships with ISV partners and leveraging international teams as part of the overall service delivery model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Pre-Sales Consultant within a Microsoft Partner or comparable enterprise technology environment.
  • Demonstratable ability to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 functional and technical demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with related technologies including Power Platform, Azure, Integrations, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and a strong team player, capable of coordinating across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership, drives initiatives, and consistently identifies innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Strong pre-sales skills, including supporting bids, RFPs, and complex sales processes.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and delivering measurable business value.
  • Outcome-focused, with a proven track record of driving solution delivery, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term client success.
  • Responsibility for high-level design authority and detailed solution design, including architecture diagrams, integration planning, and technical escalation during delivery.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer, mentor colleagues, and contribute to internal methodology and process improvements.
  • Keep abreast of latest technologies and industry trends, and provide feedback to enhance product functionality and features.
