About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the legal department’s activities, including case analyses, drafting simple procedural documents (petitions, substabelecimentos/substitution of attorney), calculating court fees, and issuing payment guides;
Assist in responding to NIPs (Preliminary Intermediation Notifications), under the supervision of the legal team;
Support monitoring and tracking of judicial and administrative cases using court systems (PJe, E-proc, JPe) and the internal system (Legal One);
Assist with organization of documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating controls and files to ensure efficient management of the department’s administrative routines;
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and legal briefings, contributing to the department’s strategic work;
Participate in internal meetings, trainings, and development initiatives promoted by PASA, with a focus on technical and behavioral development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a higher education program in the indicated courses, with an expected graduation date in 1 to 2 years;
Availability to intern 30 hours per week (morning/afternoon, schedule to be agreed), with at least three days on-site;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Basic knowledge of programming language (SQL);
Experience drafting simple petitions and substabelecimentos (substitution of attorney);
Ability to calculate court fees;
Issuance of payment guides;
Proficiency with court systems such as PJe, E-proc, and JPe;
Proficiency with internal case management systems, particularly Legal One.
