About the role

  • Operate the health system to respond to internal requests within the agreed SLAs;
  • Direct requests to interface areas and follow up on responses;
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and charts to support management and demonstrate achieved results;
  • Process and analyze registration data for internal studies and proposals of corrective actions;
  • Monitor regulation of the Supplementary Health Sector related to the accredited network and the indicators that impact ANS evaluations, such as IDSS and Assistance Monitoring;
  • Identify items that are not in compliance with internal and external standards and present solutions to improve and adapt routines;
  • Support mapping and review of processes, creating and updating procedures (PROs), workflows and protocols for the area;
  • Support implementation of controls to ensure adequacy of registration documentation and monitor irregularities for correction;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Previous experience with health insurers/operators, especially in provider network or beneficiary registration;
  • Knowledge of legislation and ANS Resolutions, TISS standard, IDSS and the supplementary health market;
  • Desirable: experience with health-sector ERPs and higher education (college/university).
