About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with copywriters, developers, motion specialists, and creative leads to spearhead high-quality integrated visual designs
- Drive the creative and strategic thinking for the client’s social media presence
- Pioneer the use of AI tools to optimise day-to-day workflows
- Act as a compelling voice for the creative team
- Work with a high degree of autonomy to provide innovative solutions to complex creative problems
- Maintain an elevated standard of creative quality while strictly applying client brand guidelines
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, digesting complex feedback quickly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8+ years of experience at a top-tier agency or in-house creative team
- Your portfolio must demonstrate mastery across web, email, video, and specifically a track record of high-performing, innovative social media campaigns
- Comfortable working autonomously across matrixed teams and time zones
- Proactive, advanced interest in emerging AI tools for image generation, motion, and process optimisation
- Expert-level command of typography, illustration, and layout
- A deep understanding of UX principles and audience psychology
- Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative spirit on the team
- A strong passion for pop culture and an understanding of what's trending in digital subcultures and the tech space
