Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Creatives and PMs to produce impactful visuals.
Adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals.
Adapt and scale a variety of assets for digital/social formats.
Demonstrate good time management skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks with the support of your lead and Project Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven 5+ years of experience working with social assets at scale, adapting them for multiple formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in After Effects.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience and willingness to use AI tools to execute is a must.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience and passion for design.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to iterate on designs and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Humble and collaborative attitude.
Proactive thinking and sense of responsibility.
Big on Teamwork!
Openness to new ways of thinking/working/collaborating.
