About the role
- Client & Team Revenue Oversight
- Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clients
- Manage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
- Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
- Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
- Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
- Analyze performance data and KPIs
- Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
- Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
- Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
- Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
- Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
- Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
- 1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
- Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
- Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
- Leadership inclination and ability to develop team members
- Comfortable working both strategically and tactically
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- (Nice to have) Directly managed paid search or social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend
- (Nice to have) Exposure to paid search, paid social, display and remarketing efforts
- (Nice to have) Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
