About the role

  • Client & Team Revenue Oversight
  • Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clients
  • Manage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
  • Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
  • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
  • Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
  • Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
  • Leadership inclination and ability to develop team members
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • (Nice to have) Directly managed paid search or social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend
  • (Nice to have) Exposure to paid search, paid social, display and remarketing efforts
  • (Nice to have) Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
