Animate paid media ads for digital channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) both net-new and from existing client materials
Partner with the media buying team and clients to develop creative that drives results
Act as a motion generalist, jumping between animation and short-form video editing
Collaborate with designers and producers to create ads driving performance results
Manage multiple motion-based projects with tight timelines and project-manage yourself
Own revision and resizing projects for the agency's largest clients
Conceptualize animated content optimized for paid media channels
Communicate and articulate animation concepts and defend decisions to creative and non-creative teammates
Offer new angles, best practices and practical solutions to motion design workflows
Be open to team and client feedback and pursue ongoing personal development
Requirements
4-6 years technical experience with motion design and video editing, preferably at a performance-focused agency
Portfolio is required
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere
Experience in paid media ad animation
4 year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience
Possessing an understanding or willingness to learn paid media channel best practices
Fluency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, focused in After Effects + Premiere Pro
Self-starter, problem-solver & team-player
Effectively communicate animation concepts, ideas and limitations to creative and non-creative teammates

Experience with HTML5 ad animation (nice to have)
