About the role
- Project leadership and coordination
- Manage the end-to-end IAT process for advertising campaigns, providing organizational backbone for cross-functional collaboration from briefing to final delivery
- Ensure IAT partners deliver on timelines, key milestones and go-to-market requirements; identify risk and remove blockers
- Ensure best practice methodologies are leveraged across IAT partners
- Orchestrate IAT collaboration and act as operational lead for all IAT activities
- Own shared comms, develop workbacks and design and project manage cross-functional workflow to enable seamless execution across both CA and US (comms through Monday.com)
- Monitor actions and deliverables; highlight risks or delays to stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues with proposed solutions
- Coordinate and run weekly inter agency team meetings
- Manage communication & approvals, coordinate feedback loops, consolidate review and track version control (documentation within IAT workflow, excludes creative versions)
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within marketing, creative, or agency environments
- Experience working with or within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) or cross-functional marketing group
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycles, media/creative production workflows, and integrated communications
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams)
