Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Experience with Ruby and Go
- Proven experience in engineering management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience defining and implementing quality standards in engineering practices.
- Background in developing career growth frameworks in a technical setting.
- Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and empathize with others.
- Good knowledge of design and architectural patterns and development best practices.
- Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams.
