About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure timely, courteous handling of customer inquiries over the phone
- Mentor Telephone Financial Consultants (TFCs)
- Assist with operational procedures and training
- Provide accurate product knowledge and service information
- Handle escalated customer service issues
