About the role
- Help optimize the mortgage lending process
- Minimize risk and ensure compliance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and objectives
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Participate in design, development, and maintenance of processes and policies
- Analyze business models to deliver logical conclusions
- Assess company needs and propose solutions
- Reconcile internal GL accounts and report unusual balances
- Act as a corporate liaison with process and control owners
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years general experience required
- Two to five years specialized mortgage experience preferred
