Owns the strategic direction and ongoing management of assigned consumer and small business product sets
Identifies, evaluates, and leads cross-functional strategic initiatives designed to enhance the client experience
Serves as the primary liaison between Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing
Establishes and monitors product performance metrics, client feedback, and operational indicators
Drives simplification and standardization efforts across consumer and business product offerings
Provides product expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders
Works with Data and Analytics and Finance partners to enhance and develop product performance metrics.

Requirements

Requires a four-year degree or equivalent
Preferred certification/designation Agile Product Owner, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Requires more than ten years general business experience
Five to ten years of specialized experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, and Project Management.
