About the role

  • Serves as the primary partner between Finance and Commercial Banking
  • Coordinates cross-functional reviews to ensure reporting supports Commercial Banking strategy
  • Leverages analytics and financial insights to generate actionable strategies
  • Designs executive-level reporting and scorecards for Commercial Banking
  • Supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for Commercial Banking
  • Collaborates with the Data team to design dashboards and KPIs
  • Assesses resource allocation for impactful analytical initiatives
  • Leads a cohesive, high performing team
  • Maintains a good working relationship with Bank employees
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree is required (Business, Finance, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Ten plus years of commercial banking experience preferred
  • Two plus years of financial planning and/or reporting/analytics experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
