About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in conducting compensation benchmarking studies to analyze salary data and market trends
  • Evaluate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades and pay ranges
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and Total Rewards programs
  • Analyze existing compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure consistent and fair compensation practices
  • Participate in salary surveys and maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Support annual salary planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and merit increase recommendations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze existing processes, such as FLSA classification review, pay changes, and position changes
  • Streamline compensation processes through operational and system enhancements via ADP and other internal systems
  • Assist in bonus design, benchmarking, administration and communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in compensation analysis or related HR field required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday and compensation management software is preferred
