About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with a strong focus on European and international jurisdictions.
- Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues that may arise in contractual relationships, ensuring that company interests are protected.
- Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, IP, and software licensing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (C-level, HR, Sales) to ensure legal compliance within business processes and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes for contract management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with European IT and data privacy laws, ensuring compliance in all business operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer, with a background in IT law and handling disputes or claims.
- Proven experience in European contract law and familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the EU.
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex IT agreements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing legal disputes or claims.
- English language proficiency at least intermediate level or higher
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote and fast-paced IT-driven environment.
