About the role

  • Support internal tools and users (Confluence, Jira, GitLab)
  • Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Investigate and resolve issues in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Provision and maintain development and staging environments
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Terraform modules
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform diagnostic tasks on infrastructure services (nginx, Apache, PostgreSQL, Redis)
  • Implement and maintain containerization using Docker
  • Write and support Bash scripts
  • Perform root-cause analysis and apply temporary solutions where needed
  • Triage incoming support tickets and issues

Requirements

  • Experience transitioning from a system administration background
  • Familiarity with managing company infrastructure (email systems, SSO, GitLab runners, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic networking and monitoring concepts
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on operational tasks
