About the role
- Perform manual testing of mobile applications (iOS/Android);
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test scenarios;
- Provide clear test result reports and contribute to overall product quality evaluation;
- Conduct functional, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing across mobile devices, OS versions, and screen resolutions;
- Identify, document, and track defects in the bug-tracking system;
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution;
- Actively participate in team meetings, requirement reviews, and discussions, offering suggestions to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
- Occasional business trips to Switzerland may be required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app QA, with hands-on testing of iOS and Android applications;
- Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, navigation, gestures, and device-specific behaviors;
- Ability to interpret Figma designs, verifying visual accuracy, spacing, typography, and interactive behavior against design specifications;
- Proficiency in creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria;
- Experience with bug tracking in Jira;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design and usability inconsistencies;
- Proactive approach to identifying edge cases and potential failure points.
