About the role
- Design, maintain and evolve our training courses to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness.
- Design comprehensive, project-oriented programs based on problem-based learning.
- Define the pedagogical culture, methodologies and quality standards.
- Recruit, select and onboard instructors (coaches, authors, assessors).
- Build and deploy learning paths in the LMS.
- Standardize materials and produce templates for projects, briefs, guides and assessments.
- Implement a continuous improvement process based on feedback from students and partner companies.
- Lead research projects in partnership with our corporate partners (observatories, studies, benchmarks).
- Welcome students to begin the training in the best possible way.
- Support students (synchronously and asynchronously) in completing the various projects included in the training programs.
- Assess student knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP projects in various contexts (run, support, TMA, design, roll-out).
- Experience in instructional design, program management or professional training.
- Comfortable with project-based instructional approaches.
- Ability to structure, document and scale/standardize processes.
- Rigour in assessment and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Autonomy, a strong sense of quality and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LMS environments is a plus.
