About the role

  • Design, maintain and evolve our training courses to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness.
  • Design comprehensive, project-oriented programs based on problem-based learning.
  • Define the educational culture, methodologies and quality standards.
  • Recruit, select and onboard contributors (coaches, content authors, evaluators).
  • Build and deploy learning paths in the LMS.
  • Standardize materials and produce templates for projects, briefs, guides and assessments.
  • Implement a continuous improvement process based on feedback from students and partner companies.
  • Lead research projects in partnership with our corporate partners (observatories, studies, benchmarks).
  • Welcome students to kick off courses in the best possible way.
  • Support students (synchronously and asynchronously) in completing the various projects included in the training programs.
  • Assess students' knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP projects in various contexts (Run, Support, TMA, design, roll-out).
  • Experience in instructional design, program management or professional training.
  • Comfortable with project-based pedagogical approaches.
  • Ability to structure, document and industrialize processes.
  • Rigour in evaluation and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Autonomy, quality focus and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of LMS environments appreciated.
