About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process, standardize, and upload Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements for Venture Capital portfolio companies
Analyze Articles of Incorporation, Capitalization Tables, and Share Purchase Agreements
Extract and verify economic rights, share classes, and ownership structures
Support onboarding and implementation of the Private Capital Markets platform for client firms
Manage multiple client data streams and reporting cycles for timely and accurate data delivery
Apply internal controls to maintain data integrity
Document operational workflows and data transformation rules
Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams on client projects
Provide operational execution and technical data support for reliable client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or ACCA professional accounting qualification beneficial
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or managed services
Foundational understanding of financial statements, corporate reporting, and accounting principles
Familiarity with Venture Capital, Private Equity, or private capital market structures is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and focus on data accuracy
Ability to review complex legal and financial documents, identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and document processes clearly
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage increased workload during peak reporting periods
Ability to manage multiple priorities, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new technologies and navigate different tools and platforms
Comfortable working with structured information and interested in improving data management and delivery
