About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered products and pipelines
Own all stages of the data science project lifecycle
Develop, deploy, monitor, and scale ML and GenAI models and services through the full Software Development Life Cycle into production
Perform exploratory data analysis, proof-of-concepts, model benchmarking, and validation experiments
Partner with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to gather requirements and align success metrics
Follow coding standards and perform code reviews
Optimize data science workflows
Evaluate, interpret, and communicate results to executive stakeholders
Build next-generation products and enhance existing products to solve high-impact business problems
Build end-to-end production-ready pipelines from ideation to deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and mathematics underpinning modern AI
Knowledge of linear programming and optimization
Experience with multi-dimensional optimizers such as Adam, SGD, and Gradient Descent
Ability to adjust weights for full or partial tuning of LLMs
Hands-on experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning/customization, and embedding-based retrieval
Intermediate to expert proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, spaCy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow 2, and Hugging Face Transformers
Understanding of machine learning and deep learning models, including NLP transformer architectures, GNNs, and multimodal systems
Solid understanding of database structures and SQL
Ability to independently research and apply current AI/ML methods in production
Experience with end-to-end GenAI or advanced NLP projects, including NER, table extraction, OCR integrations, or GNN solutions
Familiarity with Airflow, Redis, Flask/Django/FastAPI, SQL, R-Shiny/Dash/Streamlit
Openness to evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and programming languages
Public contributions or demos on GitHub, Kaggle, StackOverflow, technical blogs, or publications
5+ years of professional work in AI or building statistical/mathematical quantitative models in production
Experience productionizing AI applications
Experience with multimodal LLMs and integrating vision and text for autonomous agents
