About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop credit judgement through feedback/coaching and standard methodologies.
- Own delivery for assigned credits with clear status updates and strong prioritisation.
- Maintain ongoing surveillance for assigned credits and synthesise developments into insights.
- Build/maintain analytical packs using standard templates; apply automation to reduce rework while retaining ownership of conclusions.
- Support rating committees by preparing well-evidenced materials.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to analyze and solve non-routine problems in a timely and insightful manner.
- Understanding of credit/risk concepts.
- Strong research/data analysis skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- A master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued.
