About the role

  • Design and create high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, online courses, instructional videos, articles, FAQs and interactive resources.
  • Leverage various multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging digital content, producing high-quality videos, animations, podcasts, and simulations. This includes scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and post-production processes.
  • Utilize recognized methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to rapidly develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Possess deep understanding of Learning Experience Design (LXD), User Experience (UX), and instructional design best practices. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, CX Designers and the Customer Success team to analyze learning requirements and design curricula that ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continually enhance content effectiveness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in content creation and instructional design including experience creating voice-overs and video tutorials.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for conveying complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with content authoring and multimedia editing tools - Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia and ElevenLabs.
  • Comfortable working with data.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Capacity to measure and assess training effectiveness and communicate ROI to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience in e-learning authoring tools (eg; Articulate preferred), and eLearning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Certification in instructional design or curriculum development (e.g., ATD, ISPI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in learning and development.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in content creation, including gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, AI and xAPI is desirable.
